1. Who We Are

DingDawg.com is operated by Innovative Systems Global ("ISG", "we", "us"). We provide an AI agent platform where businesses and individuals can claim, configure, and deploy AI agents. Contact: hello@dingdawg.com

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address, name, and authentication credentials (passwords are hashed; passkeys use WebAuthn with no server-stored secrets).

Agent data: Agent configuration, conversation history, templates selected, and usage metrics.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status.

Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies. No personal data is collected by our analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any cookie-based tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.

Railway: Backend hosting (US-based infrastructure).

Vercel: Frontend hosting and CDN.

Plausible: Privacy-first analytics (EU-based, no cookies).

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not use non-essential cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Conversation history is retained for 90 days after last activity unless you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@dingdawg.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, WebAuthn for passwordless auth, and rate-limited APIs. Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7.

9. Children

DingDawg.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
